Vertical:0 Horizontal:0 – Opacity: 75 – Blur: 10

Let's get started …

If you want to animate open New Image
800 pixels, background color #ffffff

If not then just ...

Open LTM_ccd_pp4
Duplicate
Close Original

If animating just copy background and paste as new layer

Merge Down

Once on background, resize again 90%

Layers – New Raster layer
Add your copyright information
Merge Down
Image – Resize 500 x 500 pixels
Adjust – Sharpness – Sharpen
Now add your name
Save as png. If not going to animate

Add the artists name and your License number

Now for your AVI

Copy
LTM_YK_Bear Light – Resize 150x150 pixels
Now open new image 150x150 pixels
Paste to the new image
Add Designers Name at the bottom
Now add your name or initial

Make sure you have all your copyright on the tag.

Now Lets Animated

Copy your tag

Open Animation Shop

Paste as New Animation

Duplicate tag until you have 20 Frames

Open your animation
You can pick which ever you want,
just make sure your tag has that many frames.

I am using Animation 219

High the animated frames copy (a+c),
Got to your tag, Select All
Paste into Selected Frame or (a+e)

Now on your animation your going to reverse the frames
So you can add them to the other side.

Animation/Reverse

High the animated frames copy (a+c),
Got to your tag, Select All
Paste into Selected Frame or (a+e)

Now you are done,
you can add your name if you have not done that yet.
I like waiting until I have animated my tag before I add my name.

Now if you want to use the front portion for your Avi

Start at the tube and keep merging down

until you have that all merged,

Now x out of the Tube and background

Merge Visible the Top portion

Copy – Paste as new layer,

Resize 150 or whatever you want your avi to be.

Now merge all together on you tag

Layers – New Raster layer

Add your copyright information

Merge Down

Image – Resize 500 x 500 pixels

Adjust – Sharpness – Sharpen

Now add your name

Save as png.

Add your copyright information
Merge Down
Image – Resize 500 x 500 pixels
Adjust – Sharpness – Sharpen
Now add your name
Save as png.

Now for your AVI
Now open a new image 150x150
use the only images that are in front of the Mermaid
Merge them together copy paste as new image now
resize it to 160 x 160
Add to the 150x 150
Add the artists name and your License number

Now add your name or initial

Now for those wanting to animate

Layers add Layer
move to the very bottom.
Flood fill with white #ffffff

Click on the Tube merge down
keep merging down until it is merge to the background.
Copy
Open Animation Shop
Paste

Duplicate until you have 12 layers

I am going to use SimoneAni354-bubbles small

Select All
On Tag Add the bubbles 2 times on one side
Back to the Bubbles,
Animation/Mirror

Back to your tag, now add the bubbles on the other side.

Back to PSP
x out the Tube layer
Merge Visible
Copy and Paste in Animation Shop

Duplicate it until you have 12 frames
Copy and paste on top of you tube layer
